OUTPOST CAMP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Outpost Camp website, member areas, communications, information, materials, products, and related services.

By creating an account, accessing a restricted area, submitting an inquiry, placing an order where permitted, or otherwise using Outpost Camp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Outpost Camp Privacy Policy, Research Use Policy, and any additional terms or notices presented in connection with a particular product or transaction.

If you do not agree to these requirements, do not register for an account or access restricted areas of the website.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

Restricted areas of Outpost Camp are available only to persons who are at least 21 years of age.

By registering, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older.

Outpost Camp may deny, suspend, or terminate access if information provided regarding age or eligibility is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or reasonably believed to be false.

3. RESTRICTED RESEARCH ACCESS

Outpost Camp restricts member access to persons representing that they are accessing the website for bona fide, lawful research-related purposes.

Eligible users may include independent researchers, laboratory personnel, institutional researchers, scientific organizations, educational researchers, or other persons whose access is reasonably connected to legitimate research activities.

Registration does not itself establish professional qualification, licensure, institutional affiliation, laboratory status, or legal authorization.

Outpost Camp may request additional information concerning a user’s intended research purpose or eligibility before providing or continuing access.

4. REGISTRATION REPRESENTATIONS

By requesting access, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 21 years old.
  2. Information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.
  3. Your intended access is connected to a lawful and legitimate research purpose.
  4. You are not using registration to obtain restricted materials for personal administration, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, recreational use, clinical use, or veterinary use.
  5. You will comply with laws, regulations, institutional requirements, safety standards, and other legal obligations applicable to your activities.
  6. You will promptly update materially inaccurate registration information.
  7. You will not intentionally misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliation, or intended purpose.

5. NO AUTOMATIC QUALIFICATION OR CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION

Account registration is an access-control process and does not constitute certification or endorsement of a user’s credentials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Outpost Camp does not represent that it has independently verified every user’s:

  • Academic qualifications;
  • Professional credentials;
  • Laboratory affiliation;
  • Institutional affiliation;
  • Professional licensure;
  • Research experience;
  • Funding source; or
  • Regulatory authorization.

Outpost Camp may request supporting information or documentation at its discretion.

Access may be denied, restricted, suspended, or terminated where eligibility cannot reasonably be established.

6. RESEARCH-USE RESTRICTIONS

Any item expressly labeled or described by Outpost Camp as intended for research use is subject to the applicable product labeling, documentation, specifications, and restrictions.

Unless expressly authorized under applicable law and specifically stated otherwise, such items are not represented or offered for:

  • Human administration;
  • Human consumption;
  • Self-administration;
  • Animal administration or consumption;
  • Diagnosis;
  • Treatment;
  • Prevention or mitigation of disease;
  • Therapeutic use;
  • Clinical use;
  • Recreational use; or
  • Veterinary use.

Users are independently responsible for determining whether acquisition, possession, handling, storage, transportation, transfer, and use of any item are lawful and appropriate for their particular circumstances.

7. NO MEDICAL, CLINICAL, OR VETERINARY ADVICE

Outpost Camp does not provide medical, prescribing, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, dosing, or veterinary advice through its website or product listings.

Website information must not be interpreted as instructions for human or animal administration or as a recommendation concerning diagnosis, treatment, prevention, dosage, or therapeutic use.

Research-related information is provided only in the context in which it is expressly presented.

8. NO REPRESENTATION OF FDA APPROVAL

Unless specifically and accurately stated for a particular item, Outpost Camp does not represent that products or materials appearing on the website are approved, cleared, licensed, authorized, or endorsed by the United States Food and Drug Administration or any other governmental agency.

A designation such as “research use only” does not itself constitute FDA approval, clearance, authorization, exemption, or legal permission for any particular use.

9. INTENDED USE AND WEBSITE CONTENT

Product labeling, website descriptions, communications, images, documents, and other materials should be read together when determining the purpose for which an item is being offered.

Users must not interpret general research information as authorization for a prohibited or unapproved use.

Outpost Camp may remove or modify content that could reasonably create confusion regarding intended use.

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

  • Use false or misleading registration information;
  • Circumvent membership restrictions;
  • Share restricted-account credentials with unauthorized persons;
  • Obtain restricted materials through another person’s account;
  • Use the website to facilitate unlawful conduct;
  • Use restricted materials contrary to their applicable labeling or stated limitations;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems;
  • Introduce malicious software;
  • Scrape or harvest private account information;
  • Interfere with website security or operation; or
  • Misrepresent Outpost Camp materials, testing documentation, or product specifications.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your login credentials.

You must promptly notify Outpost Camp if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Outpost Camp may temporarily restrict an account while suspected unauthorized access is investigated.

12. RIGHT TO DENY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE ACCESS

Outpost Camp may deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect website security, comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, investigate fraud or misuse, or address materially inaccurate registration information.

Access may also be restricted where a user’s statements or conduct indicate an intended use inconsistent with applicable product restrictions or Outpost Camp policies.

13. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Outpost Camp seeks to present product information accurately.

Specifications, quantities, availability, testing status, descriptions, photographs, prices, and other information may nevertheless be corrected or updated when errors or changes are identified.

No website photograph should be relied upon as a substitute for applicable labeling, lot information, testing documentation, or specifications.

14. ANALYTICAL TESTING AND CERTIFICATES

Where Outpost Camp provides third-party analytical reports, certificates, or testing information, the documentation applies only to the sample, lot, batch, or identifier stated in that report unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Testing results must not be extrapolated to a different lot, batch, source, or product without appropriate supporting documentation.

Outpost Camp will not knowingly represent third-party testing more broadly than the underlying documentation supports.

15. NO UNAUTHORIZED HEALTH OR PERFORMANCE CLAIMS

Outpost Camp does not authorize users to rely on product listings, member content, testimonials, social-media statements, or third-party discussions as proof that any research material is safe or effective for human or animal use.

No user-generated statement or third-party statement should be interpreted as an Outpost Camp claim unless Outpost Camp expressly adopts that statement.

16. ORDERS

An order submission does not constitute final acceptance until Outpost Camp accepts the transaction.

Outpost Camp may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Material pricing or listing errors;
  • Fraud concerns;
  • Eligibility concerns;
  • Payment issues;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Legal or regulatory concerns; or
  • Other circumstances preventing lawful fulfillment.

Any refund owed following cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable policies and law.

17. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Users must provide accurate payment and billing information.

Material prices, fees, shipping charges, and transaction terms should be presented before a transaction is finalized.

Third-party payment processors may impose separate terms and privacy practices.

18. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping availability and delivery methods may vary by destination, product, carrier, and applicable restrictions.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Users are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

Outpost Camp may decline shipment where legal, carrier, safety, or operational restrictions prevent fulfillment.

19. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND SHIPPING CLAIMS

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and damaged-shipment claims are subject to Outpost Camp’s applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Any documentation requirement for a claim must be reasonable and consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND COMMUNICATIONS

Statements made by customers, users, forum participants, social-media users, or other third parties do not automatically constitute representations or claims made by Outpost Camp.

Outpost Camp may remove user content that:

  • Encourages prohibited human or animal use;
  • Provides unauthorized administration instructions;
  • Makes unlawful or misleading claims;
  • Violates these Terms; or
  • Creates a security or legal risk.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Outpost Camp branding, original graphics, logos, text, photographs, layouts, and other proprietary website content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No license to commercially reproduce or redistribute protected content is granted except where expressly stated.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Outpost Camp may rely on independent service providers including website hosts, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytical laboratories, email providers, security providers, and other vendors.

These providers operate independently and may maintain separate terms and privacy policies.

23. PRIVACY

Information collected through the website is handled in accordance with the Outpost Camp Privacy Policy.

Users should review that policy before registering or submitting personal information.

24. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

Outpost Camp does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

Access may be interrupted because of maintenance, hosting failures, software issues, security events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

25. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

OUTPOST CAMP DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUTPOST CAMP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE WEBSITE.

NO PROVISION OF THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

27. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are independently responsible for their own research activities, facility practices, safety controls, handling procedures, recordkeeping, regulatory obligations, and compliance requirements.

Outpost Camp does not assume responsibility for supervising or approving a user’s research.

28. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

Nothing on this website constitutes legal authorization to purchase, possess, receive, distribute, transfer, store, transport, export, import, handle, or use a particular product or material.

Users are responsible for determining and complying with applicable federal, state, local, institutional, professional, and other requirements before undertaking an activity.

29. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Outpost Camp may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take reasonable steps necessary to protect users, systems, records, business operations, or legal interests.

Where appropriate, Outpost Camp may preserve relevant records in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms may be updated when business operations, website functionality, laws, service providers, or policies change.

Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated or presented for renewed acknowledgment.

The effective date above identifies the current version.

31. SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

32. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

33. CONTACT

Questions regarding these Terms may be submitted through the official Outpost Camp support or contact channel.

RESEARCH ACCESS NOTICE

Restricted access is conditioned on truthful representations concerning age, identity, eligibility, and intended research purpose.

Registration does not grant a professional credential, regulatory approval, license, permit, exemption, or legal authorization.

Users must independently ensure that their activities and intended uses comply with applicable requirements.

All products are for laboratory research use only. Not for human or animal consumption.
